I can not play demo game on PSN or download free demo game from play station store.

My suggesting to these following codes above are referred to PSN after google search. All so upon checking install package files are empty it could be to deleted files which is causing issue, i did try to recover files from restore files from safe mode but nothing was recovered.

Please could you shed some light how to resolve this.
