From what Ive researched, I CAN in FACT use the Installers from REBUG and get the "XMB Jailbreak" menu on my console without needing to open and chip my system.

I have a 1TB FAT32 External Drive already modified for PS3 setup.
I recently wanted to Mod GTA 5 and installed a mod menu without an issue but I'd like to play on public session now that I understand more about it.

I have "most of the official websites and files already downloaded as well" I'm basically looking for a reason to understand why I'm getting this minor issue

Purchase an E3 Flasher. Downgrade install 3.55 rebug then upgrade to a higher rebug firmware Purchase a mod menu like Lexicon install it then go online and have fun . If you need help downgrading, jailbreak, Or installing a mod menu let me know I am always available.
