I've never came across any that started with 5 lol. From my list of You must login or register to view this content. They all start with 7 0's. I'm certain that none start with 5 but correct me if I'm wrong

If you didn't copy all the correct digits and numbers, then I'm not sure what you can do... if it's just missing the 0's at the beginning then that's fine. How many digits do you have?

my firmware is on 4.70 but spoofed to 4.75 but that cid is from my other ps3 which is on the newest update and its ofw

Did you happen to extract it via a Gameshave, since that's not correct and will never work. Also, how did you extract it?

You cannot pull the CID when they patched the method on any firmware after 4.66. What firmware is it on?
