(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Payday 2 is my one top 5 favorite games.....for the last 2+ months I can't join a game in progress and also no one else can join my hosted games. This is the first time this has happened playing this game for me....I have used default eboots/files, tried from disc, tried copying a fresh back up (game disc is flawless, no scratches), and even tried fresh, new accounts. the errors : 1) ERROR - failed retrieving games, 2) Waiting for games to respond. Always times out. If anyone can help me figure this out I will reward you.

yeah, forwarded all ports, tried dmz, tried connecting to faster benchmarked DNS servers...new accounts, different ps3 systems.... my last guess is it has to be the isp or the games server side error, i have had the same isp for years but i did move recently.... any other game i have zero issues with. sometimes i crave this game, lol

I am not familiar with the game, however I would try to find out what port they use then plug that into You must login or register to view this content. . that will check if the port is actually open. If it says its not and you've opened the ports on your end it would have to be your isp blocking it?

Just becasue you have all ports open on your end doesnt mean that your isp isnt blocking certian ports. It takes me sometimes up to an hour to get into a bo2 game sometimes because my ISP has the ports that activision uses for bo2 blocked no matter how i configure my routers port forwarding. (its an lte service so the only way i can get the ports opened is to pay for a public ip which i have no intentions of doing.) Thats all I was saying, If you've opened the ports on your end I have to believe its on the ISP's side.

i know, thats what i think about it. i have read that this game in particular is p2p based (as up to 4 players connect and fight off massive swarms of bots...) the internet here has been real fishy ever since moving here....lol, all i do is gaming stuff, dont know what they are doing
