It could be that your Antivirus is automatically removing it.

Like Kam said above, it's either an anti virus like Norton (which is trash by the way), or it could be Windows Defender taking action against it. Either way, turn the anti virus off or you can just uninstall it through Control Panel.
Their all off still not working :/

Yeah but only a few have worked I would say 2 out of 10 have had the application in there.do you have kik I'll send you a video?

Is it that specific RTM tool or is it all RTM tools? Also, consider extracting via an online application... such as Zamar.com.
