Currently just got all the ports opened from service provider, but still not able to play or download.

Might be because you are a Dex console connecting to psn store. It's not recommended. The only time I downloaded something from the store was from the game codbo2 needed nuke town 2025.connection to the psn should be done Only on Ofw consoles if you still have one

It's 100% dex unit i can only update via usb and dex firmware, it won't store any other (fw). are they ways to get around it to get rid of this matter. I get the loading option but straight after get the following code.
