Another question for you guys.

Why am I able to use CEX tools on my DEX PS3?

Is my PS3 messed up I can use DEX tools too but when ever I see a tool that says CEX only I can still use them on my PS3.

I don't know why I can but I can.

Is this normal?

no its not messed up. you probably using CCAPI right ? Well PS3s that are running DEX can run CCAPI as well as well as mod tools that connect to the PS3's IP address. Your ps3 is totally fine.
