It appears to be on the official site of Arch, so it would be safe to use... Only get links for official and well known sites.

I can confirm it works for me on Rebug 4.70.1 Rex! I came from spoofing mine to 4.78!
What I did? I downloaded it from the arch website , then placed the .pkg onto my USB , then deleted my 4.76 Spoofer and installed the 4.78 spoofer after! Click yes on two pop ups and your PS3 will reboot and you'll be able to sign back online without Sony's OFW update popping up! Hope it helps!

* add support for all CFW's CEX 4.76

* add support CFW Rebug 4.76.x [only in normal mode/untested]
