pressed on update and gets stuck on 73% how do i get to main screen again

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I am having problems with the new update that I didn't mean to click on and I'm on a 4.76 firmware and didn't mean to click on update and now stuck on 73% and then comes up with an error message. I need help how to get back to the main menu.....

You most likely just F'd yourself, but yea you can try to boot your ps3 into recovery mode and reinstall your cfw or downgrader.

Are you able to access the Recovery Mode? Also, what error message appears on your screen?

I'm not aloud to enter the recovery mode and is comes up with something interrupted the download. Error during the operation..
