u need an e3 flasher to extract the cid from ofw ps3!

Well, it would depend... firstly what Firmware is it on? Also, don't buy an E3 Nor Flasher without confirming first if your console can be dumped... so it would help if you gave the CECH-XXXX number at the back of the label.
