Ps3ita manager is for the PS3ITA Dex firmwares. Use CCAPI to change your CID.

You can use PSNPATCH to find your Console ID (IDPS)...

Did you set your original CID to current or boot?

You can't go online , because when you convert from CEX to DEX/D-REX on REX , then the CID that's set for DEX/CEX or vice versa will be invalid! I'm not sure if you want to really change it via CCAPI , but there's another way of changing it to CEX to be able to go online on DEX/D-REX! Go to Rebug toolbox and go all the way to the right and you'll see an option at the way bottom to change active PSID to CEX/DEX! Set it to CEX and it'll notify you after , then exit out of Rebug toolbox and make sure to clear your history after using any homebrew apps/.pkg files , then sign in and you'll be online! Hope this helps!
