Changed settings cause im a dummy i have ps3 was spoofed to 4.76 i tryed to update REBUG still unsure why tho i knew can i get REBUG 4.76 CEX Back ???

For CCAPI you can use wired/less connection on CEX/DEX! If your on DEX and you use TMAPI , then it'll need to be wired connection!
