I thought it might be my CID got banned, but I bought NEW private CID and still got same message.

The IDPS(CID) that you may have changed to, could have also been banned... are you on CEX or DEX?

Always the possibility that your new CID was already banned before you bought it, and you got ripped, or maybe you're MAC banned?

Your account may have been banned. Did you use ccapi or something to change a cid
