(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello everyone! I can't manage to get my SPRX loading in GTA V. I looked for help and someone asked me if my LV2 Kernel is on DEX.

I looked it up and apparently my LV2 Kernel is still on its Retail setting (CEX). And my target type is on DEX.

Here comes my confusion: The person who helped me told me that I can only run SPRXs while both settings are on DEX. Although.... Some days ago I fully restored my playstation and reinstalled my firmware. Everything works perfect.

Before I did this recovery, My LV2 Kernel was also on CEX and my Target Type on DEX, yet I was still capable of properly running a SPRX file ingame. (It shouldn't be the issue if you'd ask me)

If it's really important, how do I get both settings on DEX without bricking or confusing my console? I already swapped LV2 Kernel long ago and still have the Norbin file on my computer.

I hope this topic isn't too confusing. I'm from Holland, if anyone speaks Dutch, I might get a chance of explaining what's wrong in a more logical perspective.

I'm not sure what else to say! Your best bet could be trying to get ahold of the seller! Ask him/her what's wrong with it and other stuff , because it's acting up on you! I had that problem too with one being on CEX and the other on DEX in Rebug toolbox after converting , but that was quite awhile ago! If I remembered , then I can help you , but I just don't! if you want my opinion?? just format the entire ps3 make it as new! once done you can set it up as you wish and i'm sure that way you'll know what you're doing better than not knowing

I was thinking about doing that too! But how do I do that? And what's step one? Any links for a decent guide? Do I need to modify hardware if I'd do that? So many questions.... Because I have experienced that if you'd forget something with a CFW. You're basically doomed.

UPDATE: I managed to get both settings to DEX by disabling a feature in webman mod. (disable syscalls shit) It still doesn't load the SPRX that is located in the TMP folder along with its serial text file.

Here's what i know now, your console is on dex and when you disable syscalls the lv2 changes to cex that is normal because it spoofs to a cex to be able to go online now the thing i did was go back all the way to 3.55 and from there to 3.55 kmweay and then i toggled qa the console and went to rebug 4.75.1rex then changed to dex from there and after that i installed on top of that 4.75.3dex here's a little guide i have done a while back when i first got my jb hoep it helps you too so don't worry even if you enable cobra and got your webman disabling the syscalls at startup and you see on rebug tool box that it changes the lv2 to cex that doesn't mean you're on cex, that means you're on dex but spoofed to cex because cobra also those the work for that

It is not spoofed to cex. Detection of kernel in toolbox (and other tools) is not make properlyl. If disable syscall it THINKS it is cex kernel.
