We're currently on 4.78, therefore you'll need to also be on that. There are several spoofers such as Arch's, Sen. If you could say which one you wanted it would help...

its a cex version, im currently running 4.76 v1.18 by arch. anyone have a link to what i need to download?

You can either just install the latest version of Rebug CFW or use a spoofer which can be found here:

i downloaded the pkg file installed it and activated it but still cant sign in???

On the XMB>system settings>system information
What firmware does it say?

Should say 4.78

If so,
Verify you have a valid current CID set before trying to sign in.

If that is good, let us know the error you receive when trying to sign in.
