As he stated before, no support for 4.78 DEX. If I were you I'd just downgrade as it'd be easier. If not then just use whatever manager or app that can change a CID.

I personally use PSNpatch to do this.
Copy the default.cfg out of the psnpatch game folder.
Open on your pc using notepad replace the cid and psid with your new ids rename it psnpatch.cfg.
Put it back in the psnpatch folder where you found the default.cfg.
Then when you run psn patch and hit x before going online it will spoof the cid and psid you put in there.
One of many ways to accomplish this.
