If I took my ps3 hard drive out and put it in my pc and formatted it on my pc then I put it into the ps3 and accessed the Bios. Would I then be able to install a CFW??? No. You need a hardware tool such as an E3 flasher to jailbreak if you are above 3.55 firmware. No other way around it.
