So you are looking to spoof your PSID/CID.

Using Ccapi :
If you currently have a valid CID set to the console,
After signing in, change both lines to 32 random digits or 0's, and click set CURRENT idps/psid. IDPS=CID, PSID=PsnAccount
It will spoof it to 0's until you restart your console or change it yourself.

I'm not 100% familiar with psn patch spoofing method..
With psninja, I usually clear everything before starting a game, after exiting multiman,etc. It is wiping history (also replacing your history technically) so think of it as that.

PSN patch does more than just spoof cids it disables your firmware so that PSN thinks you are running OFW. I would never go online without doing this. If your console goes online now you do not need psn patch to spoof your cid you can run it and it has an option to just disable cfw. do that then run psninja clean up
