Post: Need help with PSN Error 8002A224

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Before I ask for help, let me tell you what happened. This is how this all started.

I was doing the process to login to psn as I always do when I turn on my PS3

1.Go on Multiman and click on the game I want to play twice

2.Go on PSN Patch and hold x till it beeps

3.Go on PSNinja and click on every option and exit

The problem is that I was stupid and clicking to fast and I accidentally forgot to click on the last step before I clicked exit and now when I try to log-in,this error comes up. I really need help with this as I can't go online and It won't let log-in.

If you have an answer or can help in anyway please tell me,I would like to know how to fix this.

Thanks,
OrangeKrush

Thread moved to PS3 Mods Questions and Inquiries.

Try just setting your CID in CCAPI again. Make sure to use "Set Boot IDPS."

Make sure your NP Environment under Debug Settings is set to "np" and not "sp-int". After, make sure your CID is set to CEX. You CID will begin with 00000001008X000

Change the X to a 4.

I checked and it is already set into np but how do I check if my cid is in cex plus should I still check even though I am in dex?

If you open PSN patch it should show
Original CID 000000010084000...
Current CID 000000010082000...
File CID 000000010084000...
If original and file match sounds like a console ban. the dex firmware changes the 12 digit to a 2. you need to make sure its getting changed back either by psn patch or with the tool box or ccapi

Not all CIDs have the 4 in it.

Try using a diff CID and see if that works. If yes, then your CID may just be invalid.

If the file is all zeros then you are not using psnpatch to change cid from dex back to cex. do current and original match with the 4 in the 12th position?

Thanks. The number in the 12th position in the real IDPS is a 4 and the number in the 12th position of the current IDPS is a 2.
