How can i get CCAPI 1.60 to work on my DEX console?
i know they have released 1.70 that works fine, just when i try and RTM it says i need 1.60 which is fucking with my head, is there any possible way around this?

Did you make sure to update to the latest version? I believe in the latest CCAPI 2.60 version, it has now been configured to be fit with 4.78 CEX and 4.76 DEX.

Yes, I ment CCAPI 1.60 doesn't install on DEX 4.76 :/

I tried to install it but it says my firmware is not supported so I tried CCAPI 2.70 and it installed but I can't RTM anything on there as it says I need to use CCAPI 2.60

If I were you, I would downgrade your firmware to 4.75.3 Rebug D-REX as that is still supported by CCAPI. That would be your best option.
