This is the first gen Ps3 console by the way. Ive installed a SEN enabler to the console and enabled and rebooted but still no luck. I hope there is a way around this and hope i gave you enough information. Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thank you.

I did all step by step it is rebooted and still will not let me sign in to PSN. It still asks me to update the system. Do I need to run my spoof?

You can see if you're good to sign in by going to system settings>system information, it should match the latest sony OFW (4.78 currently). Just so you can avoid the accident of updating your console to OFW..

So on the XMB, when you go to system settings>system information
It says 4.75

ARCH's spoofer doesn't change that even?

Open rebug toolbox and change NORMAL mode to REBUG mode.

System Information says 4.76 and I installed and opened the rebug toolbox and changed the mode to REBUG mode. Should this help?
