This is the first gen Ps3 console by the way. Ive installed a SEN enabler to the console and enabled and rebooted but still no luck. I hope there is a way around this and hope i gave you enough information. Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thank you.

try get a spoof for the CFW to make it look like its update what the name of cfw u are on

I downloaded and installed it and tried running it and said "Your firmware version is not supported"

Cant do nothing about that..Maybe your firmware does not support the current spoofs.

I am a complete idiot when it comes to this stuff. I know how to convert from blus to bles and after that but nothing before that. I have no clue how to change my firmware or to even begin and honestly dont want to mess up my ps3

Would i download on to a flash drive then put it in my ps3 or something else. I can do it if i have a small walkthrough

1. Download the firmware
2. Rename the file to "PS3UPDAT.PUP" (no quotes)
3. On a fat32 formatted usb flash drive, create a folder named "PS3"
4. Inside the "PS3" folder, create a folder named "UPDATE"
5. Inside the "UPDATE" folder, place the "PS3UPDAT.PUP"

Folder structure should be
Fat32formattedusbdriveROOT/PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP

6. Insert the flash drive into your right most port of your ps3
7. On the XMB, go to the second column from the left, and select option "update system"
You should select your usb device
8. Follow the prompt and let it install
Next boot you should be on cfw.
