First off let's start from the beginning. You need to be on dex firmware. Also I've seen avast firewall mess with my outgoing Internet connection to my PS3 from my computer.

CCAPI doesn't work for you, that's strange. Let's try and fix that then. Have you ever mange to get ti working? Also what CCAPI version are you using which Rev: 5,6,7...
