you sure you plugged the fan back in? simple mistake, done it many times

Yeah I was in the middle of flashing the patch and the fan is good lol that's the 1st thing I checked even pulled it out and plugged it back in.

The e3 just flashes 1, 4 and 5 lights won't let me reflash

Another thing would be to try and format the hdd or swap it out if you have a spare one.

I'm ashamed to say when I first started out I gave myself glod. I don't know why but I started a Dex to cex conversion. Then when I was black screened I thought I froze so I turned her off and back on n nothing. Let her run for 10 mins just a black screen. So I formatted hdd from computer and she loaded up. Just had to install 3.55 then jump up to 4.70 rebug Dex. The firmware I was on b4 I fucked up. I know this has nothing to do with flashing ps3. But if you can reflash but she still won't load you could try formatting hdd. It might help.

For some reason or another, you have written a bad flash to the console. When you shut the console off after doing this, and try to turn it on again, you will receive GLOD.

This is fixable by flashing a good backup to the console.

Assume most errors on the flasher are from not enough/not consistent pressure at the chip and the clip. Use a clamp if you have one..
