You will need to downgrade in this case, since you are on a higher cfw than one you are about to install. That is, if you wish to follow these directions:

11. Select option "dump eid root key"
Select yes, Console will reboot
12. Open Rebug toolbox
13. Select option "rewrite target ID in flash"

select yes and yes for it to reboot.
15. Install a DEX cfw of your choice. like
