I am using software CEX 4.75. I know that it is completely downloaded and everything just have no clue why it wont pop up in multiman since it does on the regular XMB. Anyone know how to fix this?

Its not supposed to for psn games. Just start it straight from the xmb.

So the mod menu will pull up when I try it on the game still if i run it from the xmb?
