My PS3 Was Already jailbroken but i turned it at one point and it came up with "The system software cannot be run correctly"

I Updated to 4.78 OFW then put my dump files back onto the nor chip but the PS3 does not seem to wanna go to 3.55 as it only downgrades to 4.46

basically i got the 3.55 Regero downgrader on my USB stick and the PS3 does the checks and that sort of stuff but then the PS3 comes up with "PS3 Software update... version 4.46" every time i go to downgrade the PS3

who ever helps me fix it or tells me the problem i will send them a US PSN Code for 10PSN

When you said you put your dump files back onto the NOR, are these backups that you used before to downgrade? Or are they 4.78 dumps?
