It doesn't matter what FW you are on, it's the version of the game that determines if theres mod menu's or not. As long as you can get online, you will be able do mod menus.

I would recommend going onto DEX to load SPRX menu's ( Don't have to insert them with third party applications )

To convert from CEX to DEX is easy, check out a YouTube video.

I suggest going on DEX because the eBoots that load SPRX menu's are a lot more reliable

He said he was going to downgrade in an earlier post. OP are you already running CFW? If not, you will have to downgrade to 3.55 and install a Custom firmware like Rebug 4.78.1 REX CFW. That way you can start running all the apps people are saying to use.
