That firmware is outdated and is no longer supported. I would recommend using something like Rebug 4.78.1 REX.

Oh is Rebug 4.78.1 REX a sort of CFW? And if it is does MultiMan and Spoof 4.78 work with that version?

You won't need to spoof. Multiman's latest version supports it as well. It is a CFW. Simply download it from the website or wherever and update to it since you are on 4.40 Rogero CFW.

So all I would need to do is download Rebug 4.78.1 REX and my firmware version would be on 4.78 without spoof? Is it a custom firmare? After I install that and re-install multiman , multiman should work?

Correct. You shouldn't need to reinstall Multiman. Make sure it is REX and not D-REX.
