8002A224 means an Invalid CID. Try restoring to your Original CID through Irisman or something like that... if it is banned, then you may need to set it as the Boot IDPS through CCAPI (the new one that you got) and make sure it is 32 characters as well.

It will not. They patched the use of PSP CIDs on the PS3.
