You can use Rebug Toolbox to restore your default CID : You must login or register to view this content.

Go to 'Utilities' and 'Change Active PS3ID'. Set it as the CEX option (that's the one I use).
You'll need to do this each time you turn off your console.

If you need to change to a new CID then you can use PSNPatch with a config file and tell it to change CID to that config file's CID.

thats 1 reason why you shouldnt of went to 4.78 yet
