when i sign in to psn i get ERROR (80710A06)

and trying to downgrade with. 3.55 dex downgrader i get ERROR(8002f827)

807 errors are DNS errors. Have you tried resetting your router?

try updating to a more recent version of rebug drex fw .l.

For the 3.55 downgrader issue; are you doing it from the recovery menu?
You get this error if you attempt to use it from the XMB.
