With Duplex files, you'll want to use WinRAR. Highlight all the files, right click and extract here (or 'extract files' to select a custom directory for it).
And PKG games you'll want to install like any other PKG file. But if the PKG file is split, you'll need to use MultiMAN (not sure if webman has this feature) and queue them together so it recognizes that they're split.

What happens if it has other files other than the winrar files?

What other files are you talking about? Like a readme or something?
