(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); okay so my bo2 used to work but then all the sudden it wouldn't load past the main menu without turning off and beeping 3 times so i used eboot to boot passed main menu which works good except once a map loads private/public/lan/anything as soon as i spawn it turns off again i have tried different hard drive i have tried different duplex's of bo2 i have tried almost every CFW cobra or just reg dex i have tried multiple eboots i have tried the recovery menu options as well if anyone has a fix please help me thank you!

i have also changed thermal paste also reflowed
only thing i haven't done is a reball :|

By the sounds of it you are using a pirated version of bo2. Have you tried installing it via multiman from a disc. I have had that three beeps thing b4 . Sometimes happens if I quit the game too quickly. Shouldn't really be an issue. If you can play other games it might be that bo2 isn't loading properly so trying to install from the disc could work. I would try this b4 a reball. I'f ps3 had heat issues it would shut off b4 even loading up bo2.

If there is a chance this is a corrupt game or files, then it most likely is, but if it really was "all the sudden", then you probably have a failing RSX chip.

You could have the RLOD. Which will need to be re-flowed. Why? Re-flowing only attempts to place the solder balls back in place. Re-balling places them back in place. I don't see too much that you can do now...

The only best solution is to go to an electrician who is familiar with previous experience with ps3. Also i hope you have also tried REBUG 4.78

Definitely overheated and is damaged then.. Will need a reflow, a reball, or to be replaced. Sorry man

but how come it works on other games 100% perfect i play gta all day everyday never notified about overheating or anything running about 50-60 degrees RSX & CPU

I thought you said it is shutting of sooner and sooner? I took from that, that it is no longer running.

If other games are working and just not bo2, then something you are running is incompatible or your game is corrupt in some type of way.
