You don't need to fold it, best practice. Get a sheet of paper A4 cut the piece of paper to match the E3 Flasher clip. Then practive using that, Also you don't need to fold it. Just fold it before it bends since that will damage it...

I found a good technique from a guy called yasinyoyo on YouTube , will try when I get the clip , thanks
