The person I bought it from (it was used) already has a program called "Spoof 4.70 Enabler/Disable v1.15 by ARCH". I'm guessing it needs updated since it is 4.70 as opposed to 4.78? It also had a couple other programs like multiMAN, Toggle QA, CCAPI 2.60 Installer/Uninstaller by Estone, React PSN, and a couple others.

So you have to disable the 4.70 arch spoof to get the most recent one and update ccapi as well

Only text chat though. Also, I followed a tutorial and used updated spoofer and CCAPI, and used PSNPatch, the spoofer, and PSNinja to get online and I am online. I have it so it doesn't sign me in automatically.

Well, you will need a CFW on it to be able to get online. As well as a spoofer for 4.78. You can use Arch's 4.78 Spoofer for that. Once, you've got all of that you can install SPRX as well as use RTM/RPC tools...

Not entirely true you need a spoofer if your on CEX if you have your ps3 in dex mode it should let you online

Side Note, TMAPI is a waste of time and u need wired so stick with ccapi for real time modding

I'll guide you through a few things to get you started! First off, to see if it is spoofed, go to Settings>PlayStation Information>And if it is spoofed it will say Firmware 4.78. Also, if your on CEX you NEED to spoof, but if you are on DEX then don't worry about it. Also, I would recommend updating to a Rebug D-Rex CFW, 4.75 is a good one. After you do that, you will want to download CCAPI by Enstone, this will allow you to connect all of your RTM tools to your PlayStation. After you have installed ccapi on your PC and PS3, you can now move into some cooler things. Mod menus. You can download a SPRX menu for GTA 5 and install it. But first make sure your GTA5 is on Bles region other than blus. If its on Blus, there should be a tutorial on here showing you how to convert. After you know your game is on Bles and you have your sprx downloaded, go into multiman and open up FileZilla on your PC and connect it via your PS3 IP. Put the eboot in dev_hdd0>game>Your game region>USDIR. Then, put your SPRX in Dev_hdd0>tmp. After this your set to go! Be sure to use things like PSN Patch and Psninja to keep you a little more safer going into online. Cheers!
