Yeah you can still get online. You'll just need a Spoofer for 4.78. However, I should tell you that. If you're on a CFW then you're already at jeopardy of being banned. Why? Being on a CFW is just enough. Also, you can prolong your CID(IDPS) from being banned by using things such as Psnpatch. Also, it doesn't matter if you go online and don't mod. As stated before, being on a CFW is enough... Rebug is possibly the best Firmware.

Install Rex and convert to drex after. Rex = cex and drex = dex

Don't do anything with debug settings or rebug toolbox if you don't know what it does :p
