You only can get it if you a ps3 dev and pay money and only way people got it is leaked it and getting it free so therefore it is warez as its leaked and free, exen if the program could be bought by anyone it would cost 100's of dollar prob 1,000 or more imo since it has so much stuff you can do beside hex editing value :p

Never heard that story before bud. Also, no need to be so rude about it; a simple lack of comprehension on my end. I've personally never payed for TMAPI, therefore I didn't know it was a paid application.
And I do know what Warez is.
