Like I said it is similiar to a "backup patch" that one would use in mw2 which is very simple you just put it on your usb stick, plug it in you're PS3, system restore and you're good. However idk how to perform an "after patch" if even such a thing exists.. I was told by a friend of it and seen some videos on YouTube, but I didn't see any tutorials... Thank you

No such thing as USB patch for BO2. Only thing similar to what you're talking about would be MW2. The only thing you can do with USB on BO2 is save modifications on campaign.
