Certain games will flag your system granted you're not using the correct shit.

You may not need a CID sometimes it may just be the account try using another account

Console ban will always be on top of the account ban, if it has both.

Yes, but if its account ban you dont need to change CID of course if its console ban then you will but hes not mentioned if its account/console ban just said " it says it has been banned or temporarily suspended"

You will have to purchase a CID. Like i did.

If your CID(IDPS) is banned then you can change it using either PSNPATCH or CCAPI:

For PSNPATCH:

Step 1: Create a .txt document

Step 2: Inside the .txt write idps= write your 32 character long IDPS here

Strep 3: Save the .txt as psnpatch.cfg

Step 4: Put psnpatch.cfg on the root of your USB...

Step 5: Plug the USB into your PS3 then run PSNPATCH

Step 6: Once PSNPATCH is running click "Square" on your controller and click "X"

For CCAPI:

Step 1: Connect both your PC and your PS3 with CCPAI

Step 2: Where it says "IDPS" enter your new CID... it will need to be 32 characters long. Once you entered your new CID, click set IDPS

If you have disabled syscalls and patched everything, try to create a new account on the ps3, and check if you can create an account.
If not you will have purchase a new CID, along with a matching PSID, to prevent being detected. As each CID is assigned to PSID together.
