(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i came across a video claiming to be able to downgrade a OFW PS3 that has no CFW on it.. is this possible?

Nope, it's not possible. You need a hardware flasher to downgrade an ofw ps3, such as e3,teensy++,or progskeet..
