Ive even checked it and it is the right CID and PSID. I have also talked to the person that sold it and he checked it and said it works perfectly fine. I was thinking it might be my settings or something.. Please HELP! Also this it the link where i got it from

Use CCAPI and Connect. Then go to the Console IDs tab. Paste the CID in the IDPS area and press on Set Boot IDPS. Then restart your PS3 and try to sign in.

What about the PSID he gave me? Do the same thing with that to?

Yes, put that in the PSID area and press Set Boot PSID. After that, restart your PS3.

Don't use Quick Sign up you need to use the regular sign up It should work
