I deleted the multiman version from my system but now my system keeps running into an error on starting up the game. If there is a fix I would like to know.

Also my disc drive isn't busted it reads other games just not black ops 2

Try some other eboots or maybe delete what might be left on the console from the internal version? Most likely it is some kind of file corruption causing a problem, whether it be a compatibility issue or actual corruption..


Or you can redownload and reinstall your cfw and see if that fixes anything..
