You would need to use a 3.55 DEX Downgrader then go back to Rebug 4.76 D-REX.

You will need to downgrade, since your current cfw( 4.78 ) is higher than the one you are wanting to install( 4.76 ).

1. Download You must login or register to view this content.
2. Rename the file to "PS3UPDAT.PUP" (no quotes)
3. On a fat32 formatted usb flash drive, create a folder named "PS3"
4. Inside the "PS3" folder, create a folder named "UPDATE"
5. Inside the "UPDATE" folder, place the "PS3UPDAT.PUP"

Folder structure should be:
fat32formattedusbflashdriveroot/PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP

6. Insert the flash drive into the furthest right most port of the ps3
7. Boot ps3 into recovery mode
8. select option "update system"
9. follow prompt and install

You will then be on the DEX downgrader.

10. Download a DEX cfw of your choice (this would be your rebug 4.76)
11. Follow steps 2-9
