I don't own a PS4. But majority of the methods are long and not valid. Looking at Google it appears to be 70$ for a year. Which isn't typically bad... think about the long run.

No, you cannot get it free. There is a setting in Debug Settings to fake it but it will only show up for you, and does not do anything.

No there is no way to get PS Plus membership for free. Even with a jailbroken PS3
