so i have this problem after installing a xmb wave from MAX MOD MAN v2.5 .
i installed a wave and it asked me to reboot like normal so i did the lvl2 kernel reboot and when it rebooted i just got a black screen i know its not the tv cause when there is no signal the tv screen is blue, anyways i restarted again and again there is a black screen. so i went to recovery mode (not a black screen on recovery mode) and i pressed the restore file system button and it gave me a black screen again so i waited about 20 minutes and still black screen so i rebooted the system again and went to the recovery mode and pressed restore ps3 system black screen aswell. im currently waiting 1 hour and if its still a black screen i need help.

i know im not the best at english and not the best at modding, but when i previously installed xmb waves from maxmodman it workd and it doesnt now

Do u have Target Manager Set up?

Reinstall your cfw and try something else. Make sure you are naming the file correctly.

I do not have target manager setup because i recently smashed my laptop and it caused my hardrive to break i have a new harddrive now

Well if u had target manager u could connect to it and restart it into system software... But just reinstall the firmware in FSM

Thank u all i have maneged to resolve my issue only loss was my boot console id but ill check my email see if its in there.
