What I Need: I want to downgrade to Rebug 4.75 DREX, and I don't know how to get there without bricking my console.
What I've done: I have Toggle QA'd when on Rogero 3.55 Downgrader.

I'd recommend you use a 3.55 DEX Downgrader then go to Rebug 4.75.3 D-REX.
