No you will not lose your CFW. But all data and apps will need to be re installed.

You will not lose your Custom Firmware. You will most likely need to use a Rogero 999 Downgrader if you were on CEX prior to switching hard drives or a 3.55 DEX Downgrader if you were on DEX.
