All PS3's can play ps1 games, but ps2 games are a little more complicated. If you're on rebug though.. You can get a ps2 iso and put it in "dev_hdd0 > PS2ISO." Then make sure you have ps2 emulator enabled in rebug toolbox. You can then use MultiMan or Webman to load up the iso. Some games don't work/have bugs, but doesn't hurt to try.
