(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); is the second time I've been the odds with a moders and he spawn three cars around me ( taxi ) and lock my play someone can tell me what is the program and where I can download

That tool to freeze peoples systems isn't allowed on NGU so you won't find it here.
